Rule, Britannia!

Despite receiving the t-shirts (thanks Grandma) and bunting and cupcake holders (thanks iChum) in time, we missed actually celebrating the Queen's Diamond Jubilee a few months ago due to another special event.  So today, in time for tonight's opening ceremony, we decide to embrace our Britishness and bedeck, bake and bunt:

Special thanks to our fourth aerial awkwardly positioned for receiving NBC*.

* And as we watch nothing else on NBC, the aerial can't stay in the middle of the corridor on the floor on a daily basis, the Olympics is only on for 17 days and it cost us $100, I'm thinking it's gonna get returned within our 30 day grace period.
