Ready to Start

It might still technically be classed as preschool*, but the same school uniform, PE kit, back pack, swim bag and pick up/drop off time as the girls, means it's the start of real school for Lightning.

* Lightning is in Early Years Foundation Stage 2 (EYFS2, or just plain FS2), which they have to be 4 (by 31st August) to enter.  The US/IB equivalent here is KG2, or Pre-K, though in British schools you can start full-time school at 3 when you enter FS1.
