Last day of school!! And clearly there's so much to look forward to in a Scottish summer...Actually, iChum and her boys have a tradition of going for ice cream on the last day of every term. When I was reminded about it way back last December, and being a sucker for tradition, I thought yeah, great plan! But just maybe not this last day of the term, given the current temperature and precipitation.
The end of Spring term was no better, but that was okay, because summer was just around the corner and we could turn it into an end of school year tradition...
Except we've basically had a solid 48 hours of rain and temperatures of 10 degrees C, which needless to say has not encouraged me to start an ice cream tradition.
