What a fabulous view to wake up to this morning!!
It might not have been a great amount of snow that fell, but it was enough to get the ski gear out and get outside and play. So we forwent our planned walk up Bennachie and instead trekked up to the Malcolm Allan houses to deliver a birthday present 'Santa style', and of course to enjoy some sledging and to build some snow men. It was cracking snow for snowmen it has to be said, and the new sledge (which never got an outing last year), was excellent.
And that was pretty much the excellent start to the excellent day! Which was not totally dissimilar to many previous years...
