Wouldn't It Be Fun!

My kids have so much more fun at other folks houses...

Today was kid-swap day, and for dessert Momma E let them make their own trifles:

I mean I've thought about doing that before, thanks to iChum's blip and a spare sponge from said Momma (or pound cake as it's called here), but you know... never got round to it...

Meanwhile back at the ranch, Joey discovered the mirror on his play mat for the first time.

Okay so this isn't a photo of him actually seeing himself, but he was fascinated and giggled and giggled when he did.  Though perhaps some of that was just the joy at being out of his car seat, because kid-swap day usually means 101 errands for me and a poor loon accompanying me.
