| Not sure why, but life vests were a requirement |
Swim 1 length of the pool + run round the YMCA + tricycle twice round an indoor track = 1 Half Pint Triathlon. And all over in less than 10 minutes.
Then it was time to head outside for some more fun on the bouncy castles and at the petting zoo. Not the usual end to most events!
Maybe this will spur the Don to start his summer training for the Tall Cities Triathlon in case it is back on again this year...
