Had a tour of the new pool this morning that's part of our Community Campus - being Secretary of the Swim Club and on the Covid-Liason whatsapp group has its advantages!
The kids are getting tours of the school itself this week and are due to move in after the October holidays, but as of this coming Wednesday at 6am the swim club will be in and training #GASCswimfast
Of course they won't be the first people to swim in the pool - lane ropes, dive blocks and electronic pads were all set up for Hannah Miley who was in swimming on Saturday for the coming big press release - but I guess an Olympic athlete and Commonwealth Gold Medallist who swam in the local pool this one is replacing until four years ago is a better story...
