Oma and the G-Ks were up for the weekend and the only photo I have to show for it is this one:
Which in fairness is not a bad accomplishment, either for Lightning who earned 14 (I think - am sure to be corrected!) new badges during lockdown, or for Oma who painstakingly sewed them all on!
What you can't see or hear in the photo is the noise they all made when they first saw each other again, the evening and morning AunTia and Tio Freddow got to themselves spa-ing and massage-ing, the wonderful Tiger who slept on the floor side by side with Crevette who was away from her parents for the first time, the fact that Small Fry and Joey still choose to top and tail every night, the unwell-toddler-carrying-caravan woodland walk, all seven children singing and dancing to Catalyst Kids Worship, the Clan family chat and coding lesson, the hours of patient playing Toots and Tiger partook in, and the tears at the G-Ks departure.
Anyway, it is just such a joy to have the G-Ks here in Scotland for another year - our kids LOVE their cousins - which is why we're meeting up again in just three weeks time hee hee, this time to celebrate some birthdays...
