I understand why the kids are playing outside more at school, and that within their own school units / bubbles they are being more socially distant to other units / bubbles, but after a week of pretty solid rain showers it would be nice for parents if the kids in Unit 2 did something other than play football on the grass three times a day. I am sick fed up of the boys coming home every single day clarted in mud - as much for the hassle of telling them to go have yet another shower and reminding them to "wash their knees!!" as for the effort it takes to wash their school clothes, PE kits, jackets and trainers.
