Over the last seven years my kids have been involved in Hairy Bikers (girls' cycling), Girls' Football, Netball, Running Club, Nature Club, Chess, Boys' Football, Basketball, Hockey and Coding - all for free - and you can't complain about that.
Today though was the last football of the year and as usual it was the highly anticipated annual staff vs pupil football matches.
This year the cup returned to the P7 pupils with a great display in a 6-2 victory. But given that some of the staff had never played in a football match before, and that the teaching staff's star player - an ex-Aberdeen FC Ladies defender - was the ref, the end result probably shouldn't be too surprising!
