Running the Country (again)

Balmoral Run weekend again, and this time it was an actual weekend!

First up, the Primary School's 1.5k run for our Lightning in the classic cool but sunny weather:

18th boy across the line in 6:24

Then camping overnight for the Don and boy in nearby Ballater in order to return early the following morning for a day of marshalling and medal giving with the Scouts - and cheering on of those crazy enough to do the Duathlon race!  The pictures below are the only evidence the Don has to show for it though as the sun gave way to freezing temperatures overnight which meant waking up to actual snow the following morning and frozen fingers before the day had even begun! #makingmemories
