I finally got in touch with Tom's brood holder (the person who owns and looks after Tom's mum) and caught him up with pictures of Tom over the last 3-4 months, along with a few stories about his personality. Seems like he's not been the only one to be stubborn on the lead and less keen to get into a car! Anyway, he sent me back some photos of five of Tom's nine siblings. They're all 7/8 retriever x lab, but they have a wonderful variety of colours and coats.

We still think Tom's the best looking. I also learned yesterday of a GD pup called "Barry", so once again we were thankful for the name Tom!!
