As I was in the chemist today I read in the local town newsletter that the guy in charge of the shop had won the Scottish Pharmacist of the Year award. And last month our local butcher was crowned best butcher in Scotland for the second time in three years.
I have to say, I love walking, living and shopping locally. Oh how a change is gonna come...
