President's Day today, which meant another day off school for Toots and Tiger. MISD used today as a bad-weather make-up day, hee hee, but thankfully Trinity didn't do likewise, and Toots slept till 8:23. Oh to have one extra day off a week...
Not that Tiger would have gone to school anyway, having caught the 'sickness bug' last night. She managed, very kindly, to pass it on to the Don this morning, but thankfully that's where it has stopped ...
This afternoon Toots, the boys and I did manage to break free, leaving our lurgy filled family fast asleep, and headed to Breaking Bread Kitchen to deliver some food MBCKids had collected in a recent food drive. A few hours later we were their current status. Pretty cool.
