Yet more running this afternoon with the first in the Active Aberdeenshire cross-country running series. Well, it was actually the third race of the series but the first two were cancelled due to snow (and which, for various reasons, we hadn't actually signed up to anyway) so we're sticking to this being the first.

What you can't see very well in the picture above is the driving hail that started during the second lap of the P6 and 7 race. It was
miserable to stand and watch in, so I can't imagine what it was like to run in to.
