First Second* Mars bar krispie nests of the season...
There's just something so lovely about seeing them altogether in a tin. They are, by far and away, my all time favourite home-made traybake, if you can call them a traybake. Though they are definitely not to be confused with the kid-friendly 'traditional' Easter nest made with melted chocolate and Shreddies/Weetabix/Rice Krispies.
*Okay so they are the second, but 1. I didn't take a photo of the first lot and 2. the first lot were literally 6 chocolate nests that I made with leftovers I could find because I really, really fancied some. So they weren't like a full batch. THIS is the first Easter nests for display and sharing...
