And they're off! At Aberdeen Airport, and in kilts!! (have you ever travelled in a kilt?!?!) by 4am no less...
It's been 18 months of waiting and fundraising, but 50 Scouts and Explorers, plus 10 leaders, have jetted off to the International Scout Centre Kandersteg, and the permanent mini Jamboree. They are going to have such an awesome time, and no doubt come home exhausted, smelly, and with a rucksack full of filthy clothes! But ah, the joy of being a Scout ;)
