An absolutely spectacularly, unbelievably bright full (and faintly double) rainbow lit up the sky this afternoon at school pick-up time. So bright and spectacular that the Don actually called me from work to say he could see it out his window, but maybe it was the tint that was making it so stunning. So spectacular that when the kids ran out the school door into the playground and saw it, the brightness actually stopped them dead in their tracks, mouths agape.
Honestly, I have never seen a rainbow so colourful and vivid. And looking 180 degrees, the sky was glowing orange so brightly my first thought was "this is what heaven must be like".
Absolutely spectacularly incredible. And obviously a photo will never do it justice.
