This weekend we had one kid triathlon training at the newly opened
Greenmyres Eco Bothy near Huntly on Friday night, three heading up to Inverness for a two-day North District meet early Saturday, and two leaving Inverness, one leaving the meet early, Saturday night heading for an overnight in Perth and dog-cuddle before joining the rest of Clan for an Aquathlon at Lochore Meadows today.

Meanwhile the rest of us, sat, ate, talked, played in and on the water, sat, ate and talked. Oh, and AunTia and SmallFry got some OW experience too.

We all made it home in time for the football, slightly sandy or chlorinated, and a little pink and wind-battered, with way more washing and unpacking than you'd think.
Which meant packing for Joey's week-long P7 school trip, which he leaves for at 7:40 tomorrow morning, could wait.
