American Pie

First attempt at a home-made pie*.

It's not great, but it's no disaster either.  Need to roll out my pastry a bit thinner I think, but I guess that's what practice is for.

Attempt two tomorrow night.

Nice new le creuset though, eh

*I know I know, we have that pie book just sitting there waiting to be used.  Now that I've tried one though I'm sure the macaroni one will be next ;)
