Now today felt like Christmas with the cloud low and grey and the rain chucking down. Although our patio doors were still wide open so it still wasn't quite the same...
Anyway, we're off to the east of the Arabian peninsula tomorrow for a much-needed Christmas break. We'll be checking out loads of Oman's mosques, forts, wadis and even the 'grand canyon of Arabia', along with plenty of mountainous roads and hairpin bends. Will be a nice change from the flat sands around here!
